A few weeks ago, we were in for a stellar evening as we headed out to see the new Star Wars movie. It was the last weekend before Christmas and we decided to try out a new eatery on the way. I had seen signs for Blaze Pizza on the side of 183 and decided to give it a chance. It reminded me a bit of Pieology, in that it was a create your own pizza place. I walked down the line and picked my various toppings. Mike thought he was ordering a preselected menu item, but wound up creating his own as well. We each ordered our own, but we definitely could have split one since we were headed to the movies too. The pizzas had great flavor and the crust was crisp and thin. While this place was great, it's not likely that we will go back on a regular basis because it was so much like Pieology, which is much closer to our house.
