Last week I made a meal that I'll call "pinspired." I used recipes that were inspired by things I found on Pinterest. For the chicken, I was inspired by a marinade I found and have lost. It included lime juice, olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. I let it marinate for about 2 hours before Mike grilled it. I also made some pasta and these green beans . The green beans were quick and easy to make. They were a refreshing change from the canned green beans I typically make. Aside from the marinating, this meal was quick, tasty, easy, and fairly healthy. This was a perfect summer, weeknight meal.
