I love to bake, but if don't need to eat the amount of cookies, cakes, and other yummies that I make. Last week, I tried a new snickerdoodle recipe. It said it was one Weight Watcher point per cookie so they weren't too bad for you either. When I made the cookies, there were about 5 dozen, which was way more than I needed. I packaged 2 dozen for Mike to take to work and packaged 2 dozen to take to my BBW friends and left 1 dozen for us. The recipe was easy to make and fairly healthy so it will definitely be a recipe I choose to repeat in the future.
