Last week, I had pad Thai on my menu. I love eating pad Thai, but making it can be time consuming. I swear I use every pot, pan, and tool in my kitchen. I had selected a recipe, but upon further look, the recipe was way more work than intended. I browsed my collection and found this easy pad Thai recipe. I had all the ingredients on hand and added in some chicken as well. It was pretty good, but still used a lot of dishes. I think this is one dish I appreciate more when it comes from the pros!
