Okay, so this was about a week and a half ago, but its always a happy day with a margarita! Once I discovered it was National Margarita Day, I knew we had to partake in the celebration. We decided to hit up a local place that was highly recommended by my friend, Mark. It was a little bit crowded but we could sit immediately if we didn't mind a seat right by the door. First up, we ordered our margaritas and queso. I got the sangria swirled margarita and Mike ordered the traditional on the rocks. Previously, we had ordered the prickly pear margaritas here, which are not only beautifully pink, but quite delicious as well. We enjoyed these while waiting for our main course. I was feeling steak so I ordered the tacos al carbon and Mike got the enchiladas. All the food was amazing and we left quite satisfied. We will be back again and I believe this may be our go to Mexican place. The biggest thing we have to remember is that its a small place and fills up fast, so we should consider making it a weeknight treat!
