Since I'm stuck at home sick today, I figured it would be a good time to catch up on blogging. I have several to go so be prepared for lots of posts today. Last Sunday, we tried this Skinny Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo. On a rare occasion, I actually followed all the directions very carefully. It was pretty easy to make and the thing that probably took the longest was waiting for the water to boil for noodles. I am not a true alfredo fan, as I usually prefer a red sauce. This one was fairly healthy and pretty easy, but needed a little bit more flavor. Mike added a little bit of pasta seasoning to the leftovers and said it was pretty good. It made a huge batch, so next time, I may consider making a half recipe and adding a bit more seasoning. Overall, it was a decent and much healthier recipe.
