After a big lunch on Saturday, we weren't necessarily hungry for dinner. My husband was finished with work stuff by 8pm so then we had to come up with a dinner plan. We remembered there was a Niki's Pizza by Freebirds so we decided to give it a try. Niki's sells pizza by the slice, the whole pie, or a variety of pastas. The slices were huge, New York style pieces. I got a slice and a side salad. My husband got two slices. The pizza was pretty good and they heated it up nice and hot for us. My side salad was more like salad from a bag with really good dressing. Overall, the pizza was great and perfect for a small meal. I am sure we will be back for a quick pizza fix in the future.
