How Do you Solve a Problem Like Maria?

Well, its been a while since I've posted much lately and I have great reason.  First, we were in St. Louis for a wedding (Congrats again to Ashley and Jason!) and then we have been sick on and off for the the past 2 weeks.  Gee thanks St. Louis- we really loved that cold.  Last weekend, we did break out of the house of sickness for a little bit to enjoy some Mexican food.  We tried Maria's Mexican Restaurant.  It was close to us (and our favorite fro yo place) and rated highly on Yelp so we thought we'd give it a try.  The restaurant was interesting and we could tell that it obviously had been a sandwich place of some sort by its design.  Otherwise, it was a fairly small, simple place.  We both ended up ordering burritos-I got ground beef and my husband ordered the beef barbacoa.  The burritos were great and went well with the queso which we ordered as well.  The best part was that we still had a little bit of room left for fro yo afterwards.  We will definitely be back to Maria's at some point because we want to try out their vast breakfast menu.
