Now that its almost November, I figured I should finish blogging about my August meals! One really great new dish was the Chicken Pizziaola, which we served with Garlic Breadsticks. The Chicken Pizziaola was basically pizza on a chicken breast. It was a pan dish, so it could be cooked from frozen, but we had defrosted ours. Each chicken breast had pasta sauce, cheese, pepperoni and bread crumbs on top. We baked it, along with some of Dream Dinners delicious bread sticks. This meal was an interesting concept and was quite tasty. It always nice to have Italian food and this meal fit that bill.
