Burgerlicious!

On Friday, we headed to Whitestone Brewery for burgers and beers before we hit the grocery store.  We know how to party, huh?  That night's featured food truck was Svante's Stuffed Burgers.  They have both a store front and a food truck, as well as doing catering, so we figured they'd be pretty good.  The truck featured grassfed burgers, which I've given mixed reviews in the past.  However, I really liked these burgers.  I had a very simple burger with cheese.  I loved the flavor and it was cooked perfectly.   

Mike ordered the Space Jam burger, which included bacon onion jam, pepper jack cheese, and garlic aoili.  He liked his burger, too.  Finally, we split an order of space jam fries, which had bacon onion jam, pepper jack, garlic aoili and chipotle aoili.  We enjoyed the fries and of course had to try the seasonal pale ale at Whitestone.  It was a tasty evening and this is definitely a food truck I'd try again.  We might even have to try their permanent restaurant, too!
