About two weeks ago, I was still blogging about Vegas and trying out new recipes. During this time period, one of the new recipes I tried was Sun Dried Tomato Basil Chicken. The recipe was easy enough to follow and didn't take too terribly long to cook, however, it was not our favorite. The chicken turned out good, but it was disappointed by the sauce. It wasn't as flavorful as I'd hoped. If I were to make this one again, I'd definitely make adjustments to the sauce. Although, there are so many great recipes out there, that I provably will not try this again.
