I love spaghetti, but sometimes traditional spaghetti can be a little dull. I tried spicing it up a bit with this recipe for Baked Spaghetti. It was fairly simple to cook. First, I made the noodles. While that was cooking, I worked on the meat sauce. Next, I mixed the butter and egg. Finally, I assembled it and put it in the oven to bake. The assembly reminded me a bit of lasagna. The baked spaghetti was ok, but seemed a bit time consuming to me. Mike liked it a lot and ate it several times as leftovers. I think it made more than we needed and I'll probably stick with regular spaghetti.
