A few weeks ago between vacations, I had a chance to try out some new recipes. One of the recipes was this bacon basil pesto chicken pizza. I took a shortcut and used a Pillsbury crust. I had fun making the pesto in the food processor and it tasted great. I used a little less bacon than the recipe called for, but it was still yummy. We also love using the Kraft mozzarella cheese with the Philadelphia cream cheese added because it melts better. I made a quick salad while the pizza cooked and we had a nice meal. The pizza was good and pretty fast to make so this is one that will pass our test.
