I am finally working to catch up on all the recipes I've made over the past few weeks. Hopefully, this reminds me to stay on track a little bit more. Our next recipe is Cheesy Honey Mustard Chicken. We love chicken and I am always trying to find new ways to change it up, so I tried this recipe. I had to make a modification or two, but it still turned out great. I ran out of honey so I used both honey and a little bit of honey mustard to make up for the honey I didn't have. I also used a little bit more bacon and just put a slice on each chicken breast. It was really good, especially paired with the risotto and carrots that I made. It cooked quickly and without any problems, so it is definitely a recipe worth repeating.
