Another weekend off in September resulted in a shopping day at the outlet mall and a nearby trip to Sandella's Flatbread Cafe. There are many places to eat near the outlet mall and this happened to be one that we hadn't tried yet. We were impressed by the variety of foods included on the menu, such as wraps, paninis, quesadillas, flatbreads, salads, and rice bowls. The staff was also super friendly and patient as we made our selections. We went a little different than most people would expect and Mike got the wrap with me getting a flatbread pizza. Mike chose the Buffalo Chicken Wrap. I picked the Margherita Grilled Flatbread. My flatbread pizza was delicious and tasted much better than many of the pizzas I have tried in Austin, thus far. It was a nice change from my usual choice of sandwiches and wraps. Mike really liked his wrap and loved the great flavor. We were happy with our choices and would love to go back and explore more of the interesting menu at Sandellas.
