It was one of those days where I forgot to take pictures. So, this is what Cecil looks like while I'm cooking, just hoping I decide to share. Crock pot recipes are always fun because Cecil will stick his nose up in the air and hope something ends up in his bowl. On this particular day, I tried BBQ Pineapple Pulled Pork.

I could not have asked for any easier recipe. I seasoned the pork with Salt Lick dry rub and put it in the crock pot. Then I added pineapple tidbits and some Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce. After cooking all day, it was time to enjoy. We served ours on pretzel buns with pasta salad and beans. This recipe made plenty of leftovers and was probably the best/ easiest pulled pork recipe I've tried. This will be added to our menu again in the future.
